What is CBT group for people with ASD?
This Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) program aims to reduce anxiety and improve social skill in social situations for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) symptoms. These eight week groups are facilitated by two psychologists.
Eligibility
These groups are for people aged over 16 who have or believe they might have ASD.
How to access the service?

Who can refer to the service?
Anyone can make a referral to these groups.
