APNA Workforce Survey 2023 – Make your voice heard

APNA has launched its 2023 Workplace Survey, the most comprehensive survey of primary health care nurses in Australia.

The Survey has become a significant tool for those planning for the future of health care in Australia.

There has never been a more critical time for primary health care nurses to have a voice to influence PHC reforms. The ongoing Scope of Practice Review and the Government’s reforms focusing on multi-disciplinary team-based care approaches could make fundamental changes to the future of nurses’ care responsibilities and work practices.

The 2023 APNA Workforce Survey will feed into this reform process through representations undertaken by APNA, and by the use of aggregated data by government and health agencies.
