CESPHN has been working closely with Local Health Districts, GPs and RACFs to ensure that residents in aged care facilities have maintained access to GPs during a potential COVID-19 outbreak .
Underpinning CESPHNs preparedness and response activities is CESPHNs COVID-19 RACF Outbreak Preparedness and Response Plan for Primary Care. This plan has been developed in consultation with Local Health Districts, GPs and RACFs within the region.
