South Eastern Sydney Local Health District are excited to announce three face-to-face Go4Fun programs for Term 3 2023.
Locations include Daceyville, Sutherland and Hurstville.
Go4Fun is an evidence based healthy lifestyle program for kids aged 7 – 13 who are above a healthy weight and their families. Trained health and community professionals run the program to support children and their families adopt a healthy lifestyle in a fun and interactive way. Go4Fun Online is also available for families unable to attend the face-to face programs.
A referral from a trusted source, such as a GP, allied health professional or practice nurse, is often the motivation a family needs to join Go4Fun. Go4Fun is designed to complement the patient care you offer, and provides you with a practical solution for patients and their families.
Enrolments for face-to-face programs in Term 3 close on Monday 31 July 2023.
