Raising awareness about morning sickness:

NSW Health has launched a new campaign to raise awareness about hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy that makes it hard for women to eat and drink enough. It is the main cause of hospitalisation in the first half of pregnancy.

NSW Health has partnered with MotherSafe to enhance their existing telephone service to provide counselling and advice on medications for women suffering from HG.
