Our practice is accredited and computerised and you will be well supported by practice nurses, psychologists, dietitians/ diabetes educator, physios, exercise physio, podiatrist and specialists including nephrology and geriatrics.
We meet regularly at lunch, in team meetings and through quality improvement learning opportunities.
We offer flexible hours between Monday and Saturday and excellent remuneration with incentives.
