Then look no further than your practice software!

Using the HealthLink SmartForm platform GPs can refer securely and smartly using the embedded functionality in their Best Practice, Genie and Medical Director Practice software to over forty Sydney Local Health District services at Canterbury, Concord and RPA Hospitals as well as a number of Community services. Using e-Referral reduces the need to print, sign and fax your referrals and all referrals are acknowledged with timely accept/deny and triage notification messaging as standard from the receiving SLHD service.

2021 will see an expansion of the SLHD GP e-Referral program to enable referrals to more medical and surgical clinics at RPAH and work has already commenced on e-Referral functionality for antenatal and shared care referrals to Canterbury and RPA Hospitals. Currently the following services are accepting referrals via HealthLink SmartForms:
