Mental health peer support with Grow Groups

Are you working with a client who would benefit from peer support to improve their mental health and wellbeing?

GROW is a community-based organisation that has helped thousands of Australians with their recovery from mental ill-health through a unique program of mutual support and personal development.

The Grow Program is a mental health support program based on lived experience. This means Grow groups are a meeting of peers, who are striving to develop and maintain good mental health.

Joining a Grow group is free, and a doctor’s referral or diagnosis is not necessary. All groups are confidential and members can choose to remain anonymous.
