New GP and health professional resources to support NDIS access

New resources have been developed for GPs to help collect the right information when they are supporting patients to access the NDIS. These resources are also helpful for other health professionals including allied health, practice nurses, practice staff.

CPD education and training

This online education module is about the NDIS and how to support patients seeking access to funded disability supports. This CPD activity (3 points) is suitable for general practitioners, practice nurses and allied health professionals.
