Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) are requesting proposals for the development of the Disability Inclusion Strategy for Central and Eastern Sydney PHN. Our objective is to ensure the delivery of equitable, person-centred care through inclusive service design and delivery, and to enhance opportunities for people with disability to participate in employment within our organisation.
The strategy will ensure CESPHN employees understand the barriers that people with disability face and contribute to solutions within the workplace, and within the programs and projects they manage. The strategy will have defined objectives with achievable actions that encompass:
Internal focus: an inclusive workplace culture that is accessible, inclusive and respectful to the needs and wellbeing of staff with a disability supported by equitable recruitment,
External focus: greater and more meaningful engagement and consultation with people with a disability to achieve better outcomes for people with disability across all PHN activities.
Expected outcomes include more accessible health care services tailored to the needs of people living with a disability, and greater diversity in our workforce. The Disability Inclusion Strategy will set a realistic pathway for meaningful and sustainable change within our organisation and the programs and service we deliver.
To apply, please access information via the CESPHN tender portal. All questions regarding this tender will be addressed via Tenderlink.
This tender will close at 5pm on 1 August 2022.
Late applications will not be considered. CESPHN is not bound to accept the lowest priced RFP or all or any part of an RFP and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. CESPHN staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
