SLHD YouthBlock: Youth Health Services
Youthblock is a NSW health run health service for young people aged between 12-25 who live, work or study in Sydney Local Health District. They run a range of youth specific physical and mental health services, including counselling, sexual health, drug and alcohol management support, GP services, case management and more.
The Youthblock is looking forward to collaborating with the GP Practices in the region and is currently offering the following workshops with corresponding CPD points associated with participation.
- Essential Youth Healthcare Skills Workshop;
- Eating Disorder Workshops for Youth Workers;
- YHunger Training (Supporting meaningful dietary and physical activity habits in young people);
- Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
