SESLHD are implementing Electronic Referrals across Outpatient services in a staged approach.
The first phase will commence on Wednesday, 28th May, for the below services:

eReferrals are electronic forms submitted through GP practice software via HealthLink or via MyHealthLink portal.
SESLHD is transitioning from paper-based referral methods. Electronic referrals will be the method for submitting and managing referrals for the services above as well as the services in SESLHD already accepting eReferrals.
All referrals will now be processed through the Electronic Referral Management System (eRMS), which offers a streamlined, efficient, and secure way to manage referrals.
