MyMedicare practices access more detailed information about their regular patients. This helps GPs tailor care and provide services that match each patient’s needs.

Practices also access the new longer telehealth items linked to MyMedicare. These items include longer MBS‑funded telephone consultations at Levels C and D with the patient’s usual general practice. Practices also receive the triple bulk billing incentive for longer MBS telehealth consultations at Levels C, D and E for children under 16, pensioners and concession card holders.
