There are various ways you can add an interpreter to a Video Call in Healthdirect, to assist with accessibility for patients, families and carers who are not fluent in spoken English or who are deaf.
Your organisation will need an agreement with an existing interpreter service and established processes and workflows, to ensure an efficient and effective experience for your clinics and health consumers.
