This workshop will give you the tools you need to create an annual plan preparing you to work with time-bound goals, putting yourself on a track for even greater success. You’ll learn how to set realistic financial objectives based upon marketplace challenges, business and personal financial needs.

You will learn:

• What are the key financial indicators your clinic should be measuring.

• How to engage your team in measuring and tracking their numbers.

• How to write a budget.

• How to analyse your numbers to give you a thorough understanding of the status of your business. 

• The necessary changes you should make to maximise performance and prevent potential issues.

This program also includes your own business coach, who will work one-on-one with you to help you customise the learning for your clinic available at an additional cost.
