This workshop is the second in our series and will give you the knowledge and tools to design and effective marketing plan for your business. Learn the importance of knowing your dream client, how to access your marketing efforts, develop a marketing plan, and position your offer to stand out from your competitors.
You will learn:
• How to determine the unique point of difference for your business.
• How to map out your market proposition and goals and develop a calendar of marketing activities.
• Where clinics or practices go wrong with their marketing.
• How to develop a marketing strategy.
• Gain an understanding of why branding is important.
This program also includes your own business coach, who will work one-on-one with you to help you customise the learning for your clinic available at an additional cost.
