This workshop will explore how staff at all levels can practice leadership theories to create positive and productive working relationships, build a harmonious workplace and influence health outcomes.

• Understand leadership styles and their application in different healthcare settings

• Discuss leadership traits and the skills required to influence individuals and groups

• Identify different types of conflict in the workplace

• Discuss strategies to strengthen work relationships and resolve conflict
