Cognitive behavioural therapy (cBT) group for young people on the Autism Spectrum
Facilitated by Sydney University Brain & Mind Centre, this CBT program aims to reduce anxiety and improve skills in social situations for young people who are on the Autism Spectrum. The eight-week groups are facilitated by two psychologists with diagnostic assessments available if required.
Eligibility
These groups are for people aged over 16 who are, or believe they may be on the Autism Spectrum.
Anyone can make a referral to these groups by contacting the Brain & Mind Centre.
