CESPHN has launched its Strategic Plan 2025-2027, detailing its plan for the coming years with a new vision, purpose and goals. The vision for the PHN is ‘healthy and thriving communities’ with the following strategic goals:
The plan lists strategies under each goal and provides information on demographics for the central and eastern Sydney region and priority areas of work.
