CESPHN – Primary Care Innovation Grants – Allied Health
All Allied Health practices located within the Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) region are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the Primary Care Innovation Grants – Allied Health.
CESPHN particularly seek applications from the following professions:Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiotherapists, Psychology, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathology and Podiatry.
CESPHN recognises the importance of innovation in enhancing health outcomes and building capabilities and capacity within primary care.
The aim of this grant is to support Allied Health Practices to develop innovative approaches and solutions that better support efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of locally based primary health care services.
Successful participating practices will receive up to the value of $10,000 in financial support to implement and initiate program/s.
