Dying to Know Week

Dying to know day is an annual Australian initiative held on August 8, designed to encourage open conversations about death, dying, and grief.

The week aims to:

  • Destigmatise discussions around death and dying.
  • Promote death literacy and end-of-life planning.
  • Encourage people to share their final wishes to avoid confusion and family conflict.
  • Support intergenerational conversations about mortality and legacy.

CESPHN (and partners) will be holding multiple events around this week.
