Register for your opportunity to participate in one of two evening events dedicated to dementia in primary care. Participate in a small, facilitated focus group to determine current experiences and challenges of primary care in dementia diagnosis and management followed by an educational talk including an overview of best practice dementia diagnosis and management for primary care, updates on new diagnostics and treatments, and what local resources and supports are available.
