The Initial Assessment and Referral (IAR) Decision Support Tool (DST) for mental healthcare was developed by the Department of Health to support appropriate mental health referrals and improve patient outcomes.

Eligible GPs will receive $300* to complete the training and associated surveys, and the training is also RACGP approved for 1.5 hours Education Activities and 1 hour Reviewing Performance.
