Job Title: Women’s Health Nurse
Skills Experience:
• Current AHPRA Registration and CPR certificate
• Demonstrated clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health care including cervical screening, general preventative screening and providing care to women with emotional/mental health issues.
• Perform a mixture of clinical support for doctors and face-to-face patient care.
• Pregnancy support counselling and medical termination of pregnancy nurse assessments.
• Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds including financial disadvantage
• Experience in sensitively working with women who may be vulnerable and experiencing the effects of trauma including domestic and family violence and historical childhood abuse
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in using electronic medical records (Best Practice)
