PrimeMedix Medical Centre is modern, patient-focused clinic located in Sydney, Menai NSW 2234. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with past general practice experience. A candidate who is a self-motivated, resourceful individual that can take initiative and manage their work independently and as part of a team. This role is ideal for a RN that values autonomy, flexibility and making a difference in the health of their patients. The role is a part time weekday position, 20-25 hours approx per week. To be considered, you must have solid clinical experience, including working as a nurse in a general practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centred care including immunisations, wound care, assisting in procedures and chronic disease management.
Assist GPs with care plans, health assessments, recalls, and patient education.
Maintain cold chain, infection control, and accreditation standards.
Take initiative, identify patients for preventive care and support quality improvement.
An active role in preparing and maintaining documentation required for practice accreditation and compliance
About You:
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse) Immunisation certification (or willingness to complete within 3 months) Past experience in general practice nursing Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
