Job Title: Practice Nurse
Skills Experience:
We are looking to grow our friendly and patient-focused team and require an experienced Practice Nurse to join us at our new, state-of-the-art medical practice.

This role would suit a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with minimum of 1 years’ experience in General Practice focusing on:
Immunisations including childhood and adult immunisations.
Infusions including but not limited to iron infusions and IV fluids.
Patient Triage.
Wound management.
Chronic disease management and care plans.
Conduct health assessments.
Assist with telehealth consultations as required.
Assist doctors with clinical procedures
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
Daily co-ordination of the treatment room: stock control, sterilization, general maintenance and care of medical instruments, and equipment.
Implementing and practicing infection control.
Ability to provide support and reassurance to patients, being the friendly face they will grow to trust
Regular stock of consult rooms
Assist front desk with Reception duties.
