Finalist for Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Awards 2025
Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is pleased to announce the finalists for this year’s Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Awards.
The Primary Health Awards recognise primary health care professionals and organisations’ initiatives that provide an exceptional service, an outstanding contribution or a quality improvement to primary health care in the Central and Eastern region of Sydney.
An independent panel of judges assessed the nominations, noting that these were incredibly diverse and of high quality.
The finalists for 2025, in alphabetical order, are:

The winner of each award will be announced at this year’s ceremony on 23 October. Each winner will receive a $2000 prize to continue their work, promotion in the region as well as a voucher for a one-night stay for two people at any Ovolo Hotel in Australia, including breakfast.
