Hb Areyoulivingwithhepb Webbanner En

In Australia, over 200,000 people live with chronic hepatitis B, many born overseas. The World Hepatitis Day global theme, ‘It’s time for action,’ urges us to combat hepatitis stigma and boost hepatitis B testing, management, and vaccination efforts.

Now is the time for collective action. Despite the widespread impact of hepatitis, awareness remains low in many communities. This day is a pivotal reminder to intensify efforts to screen for hepatitis B.

Join Dr. Caran Cheung and Simone Strasser as they explore the crucial role of GPs in hepatitis B care. Discover strategies for vaccination, testing, treatment, and engaging with at-risk diverse communities. Learn how early diagnosis can reduce the burden of hepatitis B, listen here
