Job Title: Medical Receptionist

– Professional and personable telephone manner

– Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Well-presented and reliable

– Basic computer proficiency with strong typing skills

– Quick learner with a proactive approach

– Ability to respond effectively to staff and patients

– Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities:

– Managing administrative tasks including scanning, filing and faxing

– Answering phone calls and triaging patient enquiries with professionalism

– Assisting the team and patients with medical administration and reception duties

– Adhering to established routines, methods and procedures

– Working under direct supervision of both administrative and clinical staff

Experience in medical reception is beneficial but not a requirement.
