Key Responsibilities:
– Managing administrative tasks including scanning, filing and faxing
– Answering phone calls and triaging patient enquiries with professionalism
– Assisting the team and patients with medical administration and reception duties
– Adhering to established routines, methods and procedures
– Working under direct supervision of both administrative and clinical staff
Experience in medical reception is beneficial but not a requirement.
