Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is pleased to announce the launch of the Inner West Child Youth and Wellbeing Plan 2025-2030. This strategy outlines a collaborative approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young people in the Inner West region.

The plan has been developed in partnership with Sydney Local Health District, Department of Communities and Justice, and the Department of Education. It aims to address the unique needs of children and young people in the region, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Key features of the plan include:

  • A focus on early intervention and prevention
  • Strengthening partnerships between services and organisations
  • Improving access to health and wellbeing services
  • Supporting vulnerable populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people

CESPHN is committed to supporting the implementation of this plan and working with our partners to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in the Inner West region.
