General Practice Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) Lunch & Learn Series

CESPHN is proud to support the Australian Government’s initiative to strengthen connected care for residents in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) through the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) and MyMedicare.

To help general practices and aged care teams optimise their involvement in this important program, CESPHN is hosting a three-part Lunch & Learn webinar series. Each session will provide practical insights into how GPACI and MyMedicare can improve care coordination, service delivery, and funding outcomes for aged care residents.
