Supporting the future of General Practice: CESPHN welcomes GP Registrars
Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) is committed to strengthening the General Practice workforce across our region. One of our key initiatives involves engaging with GP Registrars undertaking six-month rotations in General Practice within the CESPHN catchment.
In collaboration with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), we are working to ensure GP Registrars feel supported and connected during their time in our region.
To assist with this, CESPHN is offering an Orientation Session – available both in person and online. Led by a Practice Support and Development Program Officer, the session will introduce registrars to the wide range of CESPHN programs and local health services available in the area.
As registrars often rotate through different regions, this orientation provides valuable insights into local health networks, helping you better support your patients and integrate into your practice community.
Join us for a GP Registrar and GP Supervisor Networking Dinner
Central and Eastern Sydney PHN warmly invites GP Registrars and GP Supervisors working within the CESPHN region to an informal evening of networking and conversation.
Date: Wednesday, 24 September
Venue: The St George Motor Boat Club, Sans Souci
This event is a great opportunity to meet fellow registrars and supervisors, connect with the CESPHN team, and learn more about our work in supporting General Practice. It’s also a chance to share and discuss workforce training and support needs in our region – all in a relaxed and friendly setting.
We hope you’ll join us for an enjoyable evening of connection and collaboration.
