Head to Health Pop Up has been established in NSW to help those whose mental health may be suffering as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Online resources, phone services and face-to-face consultations are available.
Call 1800 595 212 to talk to a mental health professional or visit a pop up hub. Go to headtohealth.gov.au/PopUp for more information.
