It has been a tough couple of years for everyone and many of us have struggled. But help is available. 

Community videos 

We have developed community videos on the importance of getting help during the COVID-19 pandemic. The videos are available in 14 languages.

Head to Health Pop Up 

Head to Health Pop Up has been established in NSW to help those whose mental health may be suffering as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Online resources, phone services and face-to-face consultations are available.

Call 1800 595 212 to talk to a mental health professional or visit a pop up hub. Go to headtohealth.gov.au/PopUp for more information.

Get the jab

New South Wales can be proud of how fast our vaccination rates have climbed as we have all listened to the call to care for each other.

If you haven’t had your vaccine, speak to your GP about what vaccine is right for you.

Let’s get the jab and get back to doing the things we love. Find a vaccination clinic near you.
