Practice Managers – we need your help so we can help you

We want to develop a strategy for Practice Managers! We believe in the amazing work that practice managers do every day. But we need your help to develop the first ever practice manager strategy in our region.

The strategy will be specifically tailored for general practice managers to better enable the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

The strategy will enable CESPHN in partnership with practice managers to build future education programs to support the professional skills and career aspirations of practice managers working within a general practice team.

But we need your help!

To assist CESPHN to better understand the key challenges experienced by Practice Managers in a general practice setting and to help inform our Practice Manager Strategy, we need your help in participating in our focus group sessions and we will make them fun and feed you.

Focus Groups:

There will be two focus group sessions with limited spaces of up to 15 participants

Dinner will be provided

Participants will be remunerated for their time

Focus group 1:

Date:	Tuesday, 11 February 2025
Venue:	CESPHN Mascot office – Tower A, Level 5, 201 Coward Street, Mascot 2020
Time:	6.30pm dinner
	7.00pm – 8.30pm: Focus group
