What is Healthy Ageing Online Learning?

Healthy Ageing Online Learning helps you make small changes to improve your health and wellbeing. Learn about healthy eating, getting active and falls prevention at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.

How does it work?

The program is FREE and delivered online. You can access:

eight online learning modules with quizzes
two online exercise programs designed for beginners with videos so you can follow along at home
fact sheets with helpful tips and information
an exercise manual and logbook with images and easy-to-follow instructions

Information for Exercise Providers

Sign up as a Program Provider on the Active and Healthy website

To register new programs or edit existing ones, you need to sign up to the Active and Healthy website as a program provider, where you can then login and use your provider details and manage your programs. Note, if you run more than one program, it will be necessary for you to register each one separately.
