My Health Record is a secure online summary of key patient health information. Healthcare providers can access the system to view and add information.
Over time, My Health Record will bring together health information from different healthcare providers such as shared health summaries, discharge summaries, prescription and dispense records, pathology reports and diagnostic imaging reports in one place.

To support the adoption of digital health tools in the allied health sector, the Agency released the Allied Health Clinical Information System Connections to My Health Record (Industry Offer) on AusTender.
The offer aims to increase the number of compliant clinical information systems (CIS) and/or mobile CIS (CMIS) products operating in the allied health sector that is connected to the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service, My Health Record and electronic prescribing.
