My Health App Has Transitioned to the 1800MEDICARE App 

The new 1800MEDICARE app is a secure and convenient way to view key health information uploaded to your My Health Record—whether by you, your healthcare providers, or your nominated representatives.

It also allows you to:

• Find and book a health service
• Look up symptoms through  a symptom checker
• Access Medicare information, enrolment and claiming services.

It’s fast, easy, and secure – and you can access and share it all from the palm of your hand.

The app is available on mobile and tablet from 1 January 2026.

If you previously had the My Health App installed, it will automatically update to 1800MEDICARE.
