Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) invites General Practitioners to express an interest to represent the organisation and provide a GP voice on several hospital clinical councils:

The role requires you to:
Stay familiar with CESPHN programs, services and areas of focus by reading Sydney Health Weekly, the CESPHN update monthly and staying in touch with updates on CESPHN’s website.
Attend these meetings once a month and provide a report to CESPHN outlining any issues raised that relate to CESPHN’s role.
Be a representative for CESPHN – inform them of CESPHN’s services and give updates on what is happening at CESPHN, etc.
Provide a GP perspective to matters discussed.
Look for opportunities for collaboration and improvements between primary health and hospitals.
Provide a short report soon after the meeting, outlining any issues raised and recommendations for follow-up for CESPHN.
Submit an invoice for payment following CESPHN’s receipt of the report.
