PIPE-MC is a simulation based, interprofessional education program co-designed to strengthen the capacity of health professionals to care for women and their families with perinatal mental health concerns. A key focus of the program is to build skills in interprofessional collaboration using trauma informed principles.
The workshop is open to all maternity and perinatal clinicians including GPs, midwives, Child and Family Health Nurses, Social Workers, Mental Heath and Drug & Alcohol clinicians, Peer Support Workers, Cross Cultural Workers, Obstetricians.
