Healthlink Smartform Now Available for NSW Mobility Parking Scheme

Health professionals can now complete and submit Transport for NSW Mobility Parking Scheme medical certificates electronically using Healthlink Smartform Technology.

Healthlink Smartform Technology is available directly from compatible Practice Management Software (PMS) solutions including Best Practice, Genie, Medical Director, Medtech, Zedmed or My Healthlink Portal for those health professionals without compatible PMS.

The SmartForm is quick and easy to complete, with available patient and referrer information automatically populated from your PMS.

Completed assessments are securely submitted to Transport for NSW in real time, creating a faster, more streamlined process and reducing the need for paper forms for both new and existing mobility parking permit applications.
