CPD Reporting is here! Claim CPD for HealthPathways use
With this week’s introduction of Individual logins, registered users of the South Eastern Sydney and Sydney HealthPathways websites can now record CPD points from using HealthPathways.
The new feature allows clinicians to use HealthPathways as part of their professional development by creating a record of self-reflective activities. CPD can be claimed across a variety of self-reported activities such as for educational purposes, performance reviews, practice improvement, or annual planning. For more information read here.
Why CPD Reporting?
This new feature allows clinicians to use HealthPathways as part of their professional development by creating a record of self-reflective activities. CPD can be claimed across a variety of self-reported activities such as for educational purposes, performance reviews, practice improvement, or annual planning.
This will apply to users of both South Eastern Sydney and Sydney HealthPathways websites who have Registered for an Individual account.
Key benefits for clinicians
CPD Reporting can make self-reflection activities easier for clinicians. Key benefits include:
Earn CPD: Add reflections to your HealthPathways page record for self-reporting CPD activities.
Easy reporting: Generate activity reports with an automatic log of time spent in HealthPathways.
Flexible, self-directed learning: Add personalised reflections to reports and submit them as self-reported CPD activities.
Using CPD Reporting, clinicians can:
view an automatic log of their time in HealthPathways
select specific logs relevant to their CPD, add reflections and learning notes
generate a PDF report for easy submission to CPD organisations
enjoy secure storage of all CPD data within their HealthPathways account.
How clinicians can start CPD Reporting
To start CPD Reporting, clinicians must be logged to their HealthPathways site with their individual HealthPathways account. They can then access CPD Reporting via the secondary panel on the right-hand side of HealthPathways.
HealthPathways CPD records are private and only viewable by clinicians logged in to their HealthPathways site with their personal HealthPathways account. Individual usage of HealthPathways is not viewed or shared.
