CESPHN is transitioning to commissioning an Integrated Mental Health Hub model to improve access to mental health support in the community.
This model aims to deliver holistic, co-located services that address social, physical, and emotional needs. It was co-designed in 2022 with people with lived experience and service providers and refined through further consultation in mid-2025.
CESPHN is pleased to announce the upcoming tender release for the commissioning of two Integrated Mental Health Hubs. The Hubs aim to improve the mental health, wellbeing, and quality of life of consumers, providing access to the services and supports they need.
The Tender will be released via TenderLink on Wednesday 3 September 2025 and will remain open until Sunday 26 October 2025. Please ensure you are registered with TenderLink to receive the official notification of the Tender release and to apply. The successful applicant/s will be awarded contracts in December following a comprehensive evaluation process.
To support potential applicants, an online Information Session will be held on Tuesday 9 September 2025, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm via Zoom. The session will include a brief overview of the service model and objectives, followed by question-and-answer time. This is a valuable opportunity for interested parties to gain clarity on the tender requirements and expectations. All questions and answers from the session will be made available on the Tenderlink online forum for transparency and fairness.
