Providing high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages
Conducting health assessments, immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
Assisting with care plans and patient education
Supporting GPs and allied health professionals
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current AHPRA registration (essential).
Experience in general practice (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to patient-centred care
