Your nursing responsibilities include:
Health assessments, care planning, and chronic disease reviews
Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and assisting with minor procedures
Coordinating patient recalls and proactive follow-ups
Supporting GPs and working alongside reception and admin to ensure smooth, coordinated care
We’re offering a flexible part-time start, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as demand increases. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into General Practice.
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration (RN)
Experience in General Practice is desirable
Good clinical judgement and a proactive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience with Best Practice software is preferred – but we’re happy to provide training
