The Role
We are looking for a GP/doctor with a special interest in perimenopause & menopause.
You will conduct consultations, prescribe & review HRT & non-hormonal therapies, & contribute to personalised care plans that address the physical, psychological & lifestyle dimensions of this life stage.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct perimenopause & menopause consultations (in-person in Sydney and/or via telehealth)
• Prescribe & review HRT & non-hormonal treatment options
• Collaborate closely with our MDT — including psychologists & nutritionists
• Participate in case reviews & multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support patients through shared decision-making & health education
Who We’re Looking For
• Specialist GP
• Interest in menopause medicine
• Commitment to holistic, patient-centred care
• Experience with HRT prescribing & menopause management
• An interest in lifestyle medicine & the broader biopsychosocial factors affecting midlife women
• Excellent communication skills & genuine empathy
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, digital-first environment
