We recognise the weight of this responsibility and the importance of ensuring that those who care for others are also cared for themselves.

We warmly invite you to a professional support session designed to:

• Strengthen your capacity to guide families and community toward the right services during times of heightened risk
• Equip you with practical strategies to safeguard your own wellbeing, including understanding and mitigating burnout, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and other secondary stress impacts.

This session will offer evidence-informed approaches and practical tips to help you navigate the coming days and weeks (into the longer term), particularly as we approach the Christmas period and the New Year.
