Project GROW and Disability SPOT – Disability SPOT is a group of passionate Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists that are dedicated to presenting best practice seminars and building networks for those working to support people with disabilities.

Learning outcomes:

• Understand the importance of health as part of wellbeing and disability frameworks. 
• Increased understanding of the roles social determinants and lifestyle play in a preventative health care model.
• Increased understanding the importance of a de-siloed approach to care for disability patients.
• Increased awareness of communication tools and resources.
• Greater understanding of the role the Primary Health Network in Allied Health.
