Children with developmental delays and concerns often require support from multiple services, and families can face a complex and sometimes overwhelming journey to access assessment, diagnosis, and early intervention. General practitioners and practice nurses play a key role in recognising early developmental concerns, supporting parents and carers, and helping families navigate available services and pathways.
Join us for this education session about developmental surveillance, screening, and assessment pathways for children aged 0-5years in NSW. The session will explore current referral options, practical resources to support families, and ways primary care providers can guide parents and carers through the development pathway.
