Please join us for this hybrid event on the Childhood Immunisation Schedule, highlighting details on Vaxelis, the newest addition to the NIP. We will also provide an overview of infectious diseases common in children and discuss declining childhood immunisation coverage rates in the CESPHN region. An opportunity for networking and catch up with colleagues over dinner after a day of work. This event will also be live streamed so you can join online. 

Learning outcomes:

• Understand the recent updates to the Childhood National Immunisation Program (NIP) schedule, specifically regarding the addition of Vaxelis
• Discuss key differences between the hexavalent vaccines available on the NIP
• Determine methods for identifying children overdue for NIP vaccinations at the practice level using data on the Australian Immunisation Register
