Designed for General Practice, this CPR skills Workshop for General Practice teaches recognition and response to cardio-respiratory emergencies, performance of CPR and use of AEDs, in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.

This CPR course provides GPs with the necessary Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) knowledge and skills as required in the 2023-25 RACGP CPD triennium. Delivered by ReVIVA First Aid Training RTO # 90176.

The learning outcomes for this course are:

Target audience: GPs, Allied Health Professionals, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers and Practice Staff

IMPORTANT NOTE: A mandatory requirement for the practical assessment is to perform a minimum of two minutes of continuous CPR kneeling alongside an adult manikin placed on the floor. Please inform CESPHN prior to your enrolment if you are unable to undertake this physical requirement. There is no pre-course learning as all theory and practical assessment tasks are undertaken during face-to-face training.

Following registration, all attendees MUST ALSO PROVIDEUSI – Unique Student Identifier and their Date of Birth (DOB) via email to events@cesphn.com.au as this is a requirement of the Registered Training Organisation.

The cost of the workshop is $80.00, to be paid online by credit card only and is required at the time of registration. Cash or cheques will not be accepted at the time of the event. Registrations are essential.

Complementary parking will be provided via validation at the St George Hospital for this workshop.
