Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is pleased to introduce the Digital Care Lounge. This initiative provides Residential Aged Care Homes with the opportunity to participate in an open forum designed to support discussion, collaboration, and problem-solving.

The Digital Care Lounge offers a dedicated space where participants can raise questions, share experiences, and seek guidance on a broad range of challenges they may be encountering. Sessions are intentionally flexible, allowing for open-ended discussion tailored to the needs and priorities of attendees.

Each session will be facilitated by members of CESPHN’s Aged Care and Digital Health Team, who will be available to provide expert advice, insights, and practical support. This is an opportunity to engage regularly with our team, stay informed, and strengthen your organisation’s digital health capabilities.

At the conclusion of each session, participants will be invited to complete a short survey. Your feedback will help shape future sessions, and you will also have the opportunity to suggest topics or areas of interest for more in-depth exploration.

The fourth Digital Care Lounge will be held on: Thursday 8 October from 2pm- 3pm.
